God does not argue

I was thinking of this quote we read last night after sharing with one of the saints today. I thought I would share it with you in the post.

What was it? See, you know right then the election’s off. Just don’t fool with it at all. Jesus did the same thing. He said, “Let them alone. If the blind lead the blind, won’t they all fall in the ditch?” But when He come to a little prostitute, it struck fire. What was it? It was an elected seed laying there (See?) that seen it right now.
When It come to Peter, there was an elected seed laying there, see, and they saw it, “And all the Father has give… hath (past tense) given Me, they’ll come. They’ll come to Me.” Oh, my, I love that. Yes, sir. Notice, the believers does believe it. The unbelievers can’t believe it. So now, if anybody wants to argue about the serpent’s seed and things and you try to show them, they won’t listen to it, just walk away. Leave them alone. See, God don’t argue, neither does His children. See, see?

William Branham

What strikes me most is that God does not argue, and neither does his children. What a striking thought in regards to self control. After reflecting upon the quote, I was reminded also of this scripture. It just happens to be one of my favorites.

Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth.

Revival Fires

For thus saith the LORD to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns.

HOSEA 10:12
Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

The Church, perhaps the Bride is done chosen. It’s get Her ready now. The getting Her…
The revival’s over. We know that. There’s no more revival spirit. Two hours of service, everybody’s complaining. In a revival it’s day and night, all the time, never breaks. The revival’s done. And so we are just gleaning.
Abraham had to sweat it out until he found character. And then when he found character, the next thing was prepare her then to meet the bridegroom. That’s the next thing. You remember when he found her? In the evening time, the evening light.
Striking at the women and men both last night, and seeing them, in respect to the Word, stand up and admit they’re wrong, want God’s forgiveness, and to go on… This is the place to have a revival. If there’d be any revival I know of, it’d happen right along here, where honest hearts. Why? You’ve got something to work on. See? Something… Most of them will get arrogant; they don’t want you to tell them about it. Just remember, that type of seed is a denominational seed, not a seed of Abraham. A seed of Abraham sees the Word, and it believes the Word, quickly.
William Branham
Revival is not adding new members to the church. Revival is the washing of the trash onto the shores as demonstrated in a body of water erupting to cleanse itself. The body water has not experienced any new additions before erupting internally, but it does recognize a need to purge. I pray that God will allow the revival fires to burn from heart to heart, for we can all use a breaking up and a making over. Let the revival start in me oh God.

God Knows You

Jeremiah1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I KNEW THEE and before thou camest forth out of the womb I SANCTIFIED THEE and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nation.

God knows who you are and God knows everything that will go on in your life and GOD KNOWS YOU.

A Victory Song

PSALM 33:1-3
1   Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.
2   Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.
3   Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.

I believe the battle has turned for the Bride of Christ and it is time to sing “A Victory Song”. Typically a song is birthed in the midst of trial and that song reflects both our struggle and our victory. When one is bound, it is hard to sing as David said in

PSALM 137:3-4
3   For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion.
4   How shall we sing the LORD’S song in a strange land?

We have moved from bondage to a place of liberty and thus we must sing a victory song. Even if you still feel bound, the bid to shout has come. The marching around Jericho is over. The victory is certain as we have placed God’s Word in front of us. Let the worshippers arise and sing the songs of victory in Zion.

Enemies In Your Mind

Colossians1:21 And you that were sometime alienated and ENEMIES IN YOUR MIND by wicked works yet now hath he reconciled.

For every Chirstian there is a time when you feel you have slipped from God’s grace and you become an ENEMY in YOUR MIND. But in God’s mind He calls  you Son or Daughter and He calls you FRIEND. By GRACE WE ARE SAVED.
